Labor support
Our $800 package includes two prenatal visits to get to know you and your birth wishes and desires, labor support from early labor up to two hours after birth, and one postpartum visit to help you rest, recover, and bond with your baby. I am on call for you from 36 weeks. During labor, I offer various pain management techniques and a position chart to help you find comfort. I am there to advocate for you, comfort and coach you, and bring your family and birth team together to create a beautiful birth experience.
Postpartum Care
Gentle, in-home support focused on your healing and bonding with baby. Includes 1 postpartum visit (up to 2 hours) to check on your comfort, recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care questions. Optional extra visits are available before 6 weeks postpartum for $75 each, so you never have to walk this season alone.
Prayer & Presence
We foster a quiet haven for prayer and spiritual rest during labor. we provide a calm and peaceful atmosphere as you walk this beautiful path toward your new life as a mother and family .
Our Nurturing Approach
I’m a mom of two and have been in love with birth since I was 18. I once dreamed of becoming a midwife, and while that path changed, my heart for supporting women in labor never did. Having a doula at my own birth was an incredible gift, and now I’m thrilled to walk with other families through this season that meant so much to me, especially with my second birth.
I bring practical tools to help your labor go more smoothly, support you as you advocate for yourself, and help you birth your baby as close to your dream birth as possible—at home or in the hospital. I’m here to bring families together, help you start breastfeeding on the right foot, and connect you with a trusted backup doula who shares my values if I’m ever unable to attend. I believe every woman deserves a beautiful, supported birth.
